You ladies are so amazing. The love in these messages are so powerful, and I can read how they come from a place of love, and a place from woman that have experince similar feelings .
But I agree with the ladies.. take a deep breath and let go of any expectation of what you have seen others do. This journey is you vs you. You want to make sure that its sustainable and it doesn’t add stress because then what are we doing ? Comit to 3 workouts a week. Find a calendar place it on your fridge and focus on the first 7 days, out of those 7 days, you pick any 3 to workout . You can do two hiit workouts and one power. You can focus on the first 30 mins, or do the full hour. I just want you to hit 3 of them per week, thats it . You got this Queen, don’t let life rob you of your next season. We are here for you ! Regardless of your storm, here you are showing up, here you are doing it tired, doing it fearfully, doing it sick , doing it sad but you are doing the damn thing and getting heal all through it.
