Hi Queen,

Best time to start is now. I prefer to do workouts early in the morning because you never know how your day is going to go and at least you got your workout in first. Don’t be to hard on yourself. Start with a 30 minute beginner class. The key is not to stop moving during class. Some of the exercises might be hard.. planks, burpees even squats. Do as many as you can in the timeframe without sacrificing your form but if you can’t do anymore then dance in place… just keep going. As far as nutrition. You should track your food until you find what works for you. A lot of times people think not eating is the key and that’s so wrong. You have to eat. Be sure to eat your protein. Get a good protein powder if you find it difficult trying to get your daily protein in. When I started I would eat same breakfast and dinner for a little while. I use the my fitness pal for tracking its pretty simple. Lastly be kind to yourself! Everyday won’t be perfect but just keep going 🫶🫶🫶
