Hey queen! That's what I do on the "off" days. I usually do the replays. I've been adding in extra upper body power since I want to work on my strength. It's been fun playing around with my fitness journey.

Alright alright since fabi keeps asking 😆 🫣🫣🫣

Left (May 13) vs Right (July 10)

I LOCKED in June 1

I used the calculator online to calculate my macros for weight loss. I drink 100oz sometimes less cuz mom life but I my goal is 100 a day. I drink an occasional sugar free coke. I stopped eating junk. I truly LOCKED in for this transformation. I try to eat a minimum of 100g of protein. I eat WHOLE foods. I've noticed since upping my protein, I'm not hungry.

I started running occasionally in June, 1 Mile.

Good Evening 🌆

I'm like let me finish this week out strong... I'm stronger than mother nature...this round lol

What a great workout! I did the 2nd portion with my 20lb, I used my plates as height.

When it came to the 3rd set, the 10lbs were a bit heavy for the legs but I did a few, paused, repositioned and continued.
