I did the replays, all 3 ✅.

I think it was a great vibes, felt relatable seeing you in your home.

The music was good. When I first started fridays, I'm like this music is very low but once the workout started I wasn't even focused on the music anymore.

I like the variation of the work outs. I like that we did 3 rounds of the same 3 workouts. I love having the weights added as well, feels more rounded and whole. My favorite workout will be the burpees, even though I modified them.
