Lol same, I’m not there yet. I think for me it’s specifically the balance and strength. Just not there yet… that’s when I’ll know serious progress has been made, when I can perform that one lol.

just got alot of lady parts that send me in every which direction. Even on the incline, but the incline version doessss help. It brings that brief moment of “ugghhh what is all this, go away” butt that’s the point of the work, right? 😭🤭
