Was running super late today from running errands but still stayed committed to get 40 mins in HIT & Strong Arms & Abs… felt good to stay on track!

Got in 45 mins of the full body replay from Wednesday..: with my son jumping in and working out with me. It can get fustrating when your trying to focus…. But I have to remember I am teaching him what’s important.

This hit home… the lie that I hear the most is that I will not get back to who I was before kids. I mean as confident in myself, feel comfortable in my body and happy in my marriage like before

Just did my first workout!!! Booty blaster!! Wow!! Felt good to get that in :.. even though with my kid it took 30 mins longer 😂😂😂
