Get it girl!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Esmeralda E. That’s awesome!! Have grace with yourself .. and remember everyday is different.. we just do our best ❤️

Esmeralda E. You got this girl!!! Just get a goal that you can say no to!

Esmeralda E. I get to bed whenever my little falls asleep! lol we start bed time routine at 9 but he doesn’t get to sleep between 10:30 - 11 and I get to sleep right after .

Setting up the space and planning before you get to bed are most important. And honestly.. there are days my son wakes up when I am working out. So I lay back down with him and then once he falls asleep and get back up.

I am super focused on my goal.. I am TIRED AF of having my post pregnancy weight that right now that is my driver to get my ass up!

Girl!! I totally get it! I used to be part of the 5 am club for years before my son. I started in 2020, when the world went quite. I had my son in 2023 and have been yearning and trying to get back since then. Honestly… I took to setting an alarm and keeping my phone out of the room…. So I have to get up to shut it off.. then without thinking I just get dressed and go! I leave my workout clothes next to my phone in the kitchen and I work out at home in my backyard.

Some days I don’t want to do it… but I remember my goal and it’s really the best time to get in ME time!

Effective immediately… I going to be committed to improving myself and prioritizing myself

This hit home… the lie that I hear the most is that I will not get back to who I was before kids. I mean as confident in myself, feel comfortable in my body and happy in my marriage like before
