Hailyne C. You're welcome 🫶🏽

This is awesome!! You look great!! 💪🏽💪🏽

I missed today's live workout because of work 😩 but will be watching it tonight for sure! Looking forward to next week! I'll be there for Tuesday morning since I'll be traveling on Friday. 😁

I'm sorry for your loss 🙏🏽

Jess Thank you 🫶🏽

Definitely a 10 for me! I love when I find out I can do a workout I'd never think I'd be able to do (which happened tonight), especially when it comes to my knees. I was SWEATING, lol, but when it was all done I smiled because I did that 💪🏽😅, so thank you for doing this Fabiana! This has pushed me in the best way possible and I can't wait to see what else is possible 💪🏽

Jess Were you in my head yesterday, lol, because this message came at the right time! I was literally in my head yesterday and then I read this and got emotional because I wasn't happy w/ what I saw in the mirror considering I've been working out everyday for months before I found this community & didn't see much of a change (toning wise). But I definitely never sweat like this or feel it the next day either like I do with these workouts so I definitely feel more hopeful now😅🥹. I'm learning to be nicer to myself while enjoying the journey along the way. Not everyday is an easy day, but this community and Fabiana have been so helpful! I lost my 12yo fur baby this past weekend so it's been really tough, but I've been pushing through and doing these workouts despite how I'm feeling emotionally, and not giving up and I'm proud of myself for staying consistent! I really appreciated this message, Jess! Thank you 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Hi Jess!! That's awesome! I could always use a genuine support system! Literally the only person supporting me on this journey right now is my boo because he knows how bad I've been wanting to get myself back on track, so I love to meet women who just support and uplift each other! That's why I am loving this community!😁🫶🏽

Guadalupe G. Love and agree to all of this 😍! This community has been awesome and I'm only 2 weeks in! Shoo, my boo is in a whole different state, so I definitely don't mind long distance friendships either 😅. I appreciate your message! It's always nice to know you're not alone 🫶🏽

Appreciate you Fabiana 🥹🫶🏽! I'm from NY but I'm currently living in NJ
