Definitely a 10 for me! I love when I find out I can do a workout I'd never think I'd be able to do (which happened tonight), especially when it comes to my knees. I was SWEATING, lol, but when it was all done I smiled because I did that 💪🏽😅, so thank you for doing this Fabiana! This has pushed me in the best way possible and I can't wait to see what else is possible 💪🏽

Jess Were you in my head yesterday, lol, because this message came at the right time! I was literally in my head yesterday and then I read this and got emotional because I wasn't happy w/ what I saw in the mirror considering I've been working out everyday for months before I found this community & didn't see much of a change (toning wise). But I definitely never sweat like this or feel it the next day either like I do with these workouts so I definitely feel more hopeful now😅🥹. I'm learning to be nicer to myself while enjoying the journey along the way. Not everyday is an easy day, but this community and Fabiana have been so helpful! I lost my 12yo fur baby this past weekend so it's been really tough, but I've been pushing through and doing these workouts despite how I'm feeling emotionally, and not giving up and I'm proud of myself for staying consistent!
