Just finished this workout with Aimee. Upper body workout 💪🏽I kept it lite with the weights but still felt the workout. love her she so funny. Sing it girl lol

I just finished my follow up appt with my pcp. I discussed what I been doing and also mentioned I joined a on line fitness and told her the name Queen Warriors and the name intrigued her. I open the app and showed her everything that was offered. She loved it. She took a picture of the queen warrior ig page so that she can recommend it to other women that are looking for guidance in their fitness journey. She also said I might join myself lol

I have knee issues and learned this with physical therapy and my doctor.

I didn’t catch a class today but I did do my lower body exercises.

Leg extensions 3x10

Hamstring curls 3x10

Squats 3x10

Fire hydrant 3x10

Side leg lifts 2 x 10

Glute bridges 3x10

Single leg RDLs 3x10

Wall sits 3 x 30 seconds

Deadbugs 3 x 10

Treadmill 20 mins

It was a solid workout day
