Soooo yesterday I decided to go try on my old jeans that are size 8 and man they fit better than before on me!!!! Im now 174lbs. I’m so happy that that I started this journey in January and I have lost my weight and I’m feeling good.

However for whatever reason it can be due to my knee injury and arthritis but these past couple of days I have been experiencing some fluid retention in my legs. I also sit for 8 hours for work. When I’m home on weekends I don’t really see that. I’m looking into a desk elliptical for work to control the fluid retention. Any other recommendations will be great🫢🏽.

But all in all truly grateful for everything. I will always look at my cup full instead of empty.

Now I can finally do lunges. I used my heel slide and some heavy duty resistance bands. Finally because all I see is lunges everywhere lol and I’m like I can’t do them 😩

I came on here to say the upper arm workout I did with LYC wk2 esp 2 with Fabi has me at work sore as ever lol I’m not complaining I love it! More upper body like that please! πŸ’ͺ🏽 I want strong arms baby!!!
