I use to take that vitamin too just reminded me I should look into getting that again. It’s pretty expensive tho.

It’s the ring camera I have in my living room lol and I been to a PT for 3 months when I first got injured. To go back they will just show me the same exercises I been doing. It’s too expensive. Thank you I’m gonna keep showing up too! ❤️👑
