If I start with beginner videos and doing 3 workouts a week does it matter which videos I follow?

Just completed my first workout and the struggle of noticing the postpartum weight gain. Been in my feelings lately but I showed up for myself tonight and will be back tomorrow. Starting off easy with 3 workouts a week💪🏾

Just signed up 8 months postpartum and trying to find time for myself while juggling being a mom of 2.
