On nights I do lives, I plan ahead, have a heavy lunch and snack (Greek yogurt and blueberries or a banana and PB), and typically have a post workout smoothie. My kids are teenagers and typically have evening activities - they eat earlier or when they come home.

we generally meal prep on Sunday’s so during the week, dinner is already cooked, just needs to be heated up.

Krystal got it! I have done so many classes and I am stuck at 15! Would be good to have some transparency there. I love a good streak.

I have the same question! And for badges is it classes taken - live or recordings? Does it have to be consecutive days?

Thanks for doing them and pls keep doing them if you can. More than anything it helps reinforce the message that you can get the workout in anywhere and that you don’t need equipment to get a good workout in. I like the back to the basics concept
