There is a live class tonight at 7:30pm EST. I believe from the notes we have the option to do the workout videos or join a live class. Under calendar you should see all the upcoming live classes.

Thanks for doing them and pls keep doing them if you can. More than anything it helps reinforce the message that you can get the workout in anywhere and that you don’t need equipment to get a good workout in. I like the back to the basics concept
