Carol VanVeldhuizen Yes!!!! I am also starting with three a week and am doing the stretch challenge early morning to start my day...... hrlps me incorporate a short routine. Be kind to yourself........ You are here and have started and that is what its about.

Hi Carol, I can relate to being knocked down and struggling with depression......... but i signed up last week and here we are.... Jump in and build from there a day at a time.
