So today I earned my 60classes badge and while I am happy for the consistency today I was really not feeling it. I completed 30mins with the lowest energy. maybe should have rested after work first but I will try to redeem myself with a gym walk or a live class tonight. I want to feel the excitement of earning this badge and with this low energy it feels like a dud😒

Ladies I invited the boys to the club. after I completed this workout I had my boyfriend and brother-in-law do the first half. they wanted to tap out after the jumping jacks. one completed the first 10mins one made it to 19 mins. Coach Aimee this one was no joke. Sweat DRIPPING!!!! 🥵

Hey Queen Warriors Customer Support and Fabiana can we work on getting the option to" like" a workout similarly to how we like a reply or comment. Sometimes we want to show some love on a replay but dont really feel like writing a comment. I know that would be a process to incorporate but food for thought if possible. 😊

I was so excited to earn this yesterday then life LIFED!! Got my workout in today and got my badge. I am about 2 months on the app and getting compliments already and loving it. I am showing up for me and THESE MESSAGES!!! Thank you to the coaches / therapists because sometimes the messages hit direct like I told y'all my business😂. I love it here.

Queen I FEEL THAT!!!! My coworker (prt time job) saw me from the back and kept staring DID NOT RECOGNIZE!!! Turned around she was like GIRL you lost a lot of weight you should be proud.!! Felt so good to hear that at 7am because bby I been trying to put in that work!! Let's get it queen!!!! 🎊🎊🎊

Hey Fabiana and Queen Warriors Customer Support looking for a little guidance on some form issue. I just completed the B-stance RDL's on fabi's power replay and I know my form was wrong because my back was on fire so I had to let that part go!! Any tips or clarification on how to NOT have that problem in the future. Would appreciate from anyone on the team or in the community. Thanks 😊

So my little win for the day. I walked home this morning and the walk that historically for me 30min in the past took me less than 19 mins today. I feel so proud of my self. #ItsTheLittleThings
