The warm-up told me all I needed to know about this workout session. I was going to tap out after the first half then I remembered the barria tacos I ate last night at work. I had to get right on that second segment. Thanks Fabi, replay done!

Ladies happy mothers day. I pushed through this workout with my dumbells and it was hard so with the babies I know worked WORKED!!!! Shout out to all the mamas with that upper body strength from holding the babies and thank coach for blessing us with this visit from the mini warriors 🥳🥳

Lemmie just say I love coach Jamilia so much. New to queen warrior not made it through all the coaches yet but I find my self keep hitting replay on your videos. This class was a whole vibe!!!! Queen you did your thing. Will definitely run this class back hit 406 call with no stepper felt so good. Can't wait till I see u pop out with a dancehall soca dance workout. I just love it here.
