I want you to know your not alone. Being sedentary for long hours can definitely take a toll on your body. I'd personally say start standing up even if its just to stretch your body. Move your legs and arms. Whenever you have/get a moment where you can do a lil workout start with RDL's, Squats, lunges because you can still be at your desk while being proactive with exercising. Or the same when cooking and cleaning. Take your time go slow. Remember your body aches because its not use to movement therefore you have to start moving to be able to see the change. Hey Queen! You can always find the workouts on your app. Once open click on browse and you should be able to see the different workouts/programs available to you based on subscription. Sometimes refreshing your app helps if its showing video unavailable. Hope that helps
