Lunch prep 4 oz ground beef 85 percent lean , 1/2 brown rice , California veggies !! Love this tupaware from goodful got it in Amazon , helps me create a balance meal and locks in tight no leaking .. for snack I am taking Greek yogurt with flaxseed on top for a crunch !

Today is my Friday because I am off from work and all I can think about is how I can do some active recovery , currently taking 4 classes from QW and weekends active recovery !!! No drinking till April 20 that I can have a nice Easter brunch with my new body !! Claiming it to exsistance …

My scale has not budged, but I definitely notice a energy shift and body shift !! Can’t wait to see my 6 weeks after the challenge, fyi giving up alcohol for 2 months currently weeks 2 !!!

It’s been a high high high stressful week , I am currently a federal worker and all federal worker are on edge with all the new changes , the new administration is going to hard on us.. All I can say is that I work very hard each day, there is time I don’t even take lunch , but of course you can’t stress what you can’t control, on top of everything my daughter is so sick I have to take her to the ER, I know everything will get better and she will be fine , when it comes to work I take and adapt to anything they throw at me , still looking forward for my work outs this will not make me into a vegetable, we face challenges and figure out a way and continue to be grateful and thank god for all his lessons to make us resilient…

44 years of age here , I have been struggling to just lose 30 lb , but one thing is I won’t give up !! I am giving up alcohol for 2 months to see if that is the reason why I am not seeing no changes, because my eating is tracked, I workout with QW for 4 x a week and in the weekend active recovery like a treadmills or walk, in the past I lived in a gym and would be able to drink as much and work out , but 44 is another level to losing weight !! Please share your success stories it gives me hope !

Currently 44 and struggling with this weightloss , currently carb cycling in a caloric deficit and doing 4 workouts a week, but for some reason my scale keeps going up !! Any ladies 44 losing weight ? Give me hope please !! FYI I do have a stressful life ! But all manages to get done !
