I’ve completed most if not all the beginner workouts. My post was lacking clarity on what struggles I have been facing, QW and the workouts aren’t the issue. Thank you for the support and suggestion. 🫶

“Who is the woman of your dreams?” This made me get a little upset because I seriously have no clue where to begin. I am just beginning my journey and it started when I joined QW. I have never felt good enough or worthy enough… well, if I’m being honest I didn’t even know how to identify love until I had my children. So, attempting to love me and do this work on myself has been a huge struggle. Thank you jennifer for verbalizing that you’re afraid of achieving your goals. That really resonated with me and knowing that is “normal” to feel afraid of something positive makes me feel less intimidated

Clarify your vision/define your goals and aspirations with clarity/visualize the outcome/set meaningful goals/understanding why and why not/cultivate a positive mindset/insoiration

This work is more of a challenge than the workouts!!

Here I go prepping myself to take some risks!! I feel like I’m standing at the edge of a high dive!

I have always had a hard time maintaining any type of relationship my entire life. I cannot even state like the reasoning behind this but I do know it’s hard for me to maintain relationships when people start to need me, need more of me. From childhood I have been isolated and alone and I have learned to be productive and functional in that space so learning how to start, begin, maintain relationships has been a huge struggle. Hearing you, Jennifer, talk about boundaries and our roles in relationships is very eye opening for me. I’m taking your words to my journal and I am going to have to really sit with this one.

MUD\WATER 1 Tblspn per 12 oz. I used to drink coffee three times a day and with this I drink one cup in the morning. No jitters or come down like caffeine. It’s like a steady awake feeling all day. Tastes great too!I get cacao flavor. You can add cream and sugar just like coffee. I add a tiny splash of half and half and a touch of honey. You can buy it at target or online subscriptions.

We have to!! Summer is so close and I want so badly to not feel insecure in a tshirt this year 🫣

This comment… cracking me up over here!! Those poor necks! Unless that’s what they were going for. Hopefully that isn’t like a universal thing if a woman takes it. I’m also struggling on if I should be supplementing or not but right now I think I’m still getting used to maintaining my diet and increasing or decreasing certain vitamin or protein rich foods

Hey, I’m fairly new too and the comment from the customer support is obviously what you should go by but as a user that has experienced significant weight loss - I started out doing out 30 minutes of a workout followed by Fabianas booty and an blaster courses. So that totalled like 50 minutes. I would do this for three days in a row then one day of rest and repeat the cycle. Consistency is key. Keep showing up and watch Coach Alexis for nutritional questions. Dig deep into the mindset coaching with Jennifer Zoga and seriously utilize the community space and interact with our coaches as much as you can. I have never been a part of a community like this and I am telling you… it’s more than fitness!! Welcome to the squad, girl!! You got this! Oh, one last thing, your diet is a major player. Try the recipes that are provided and make sure you keep your protein intake balanced and don’t skip meals! Tons of water… again you got this!! Can’t wait to see your before and after pictures!
