Here’s the direct link: Replay Workouts. As for vegetarian meal ideas, try focusing on high-protein, fiber-rich foods like quinoa, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, and leafy greens! Smoothies packed with spinach, chia seeds, and plant-based protein can be a great addition too!
