Hey Queen! Welcome to the QW family. To help you get started, having a few basics like dumbbells (light to medium weight), resistance bands, and a yoga mat can go a long way for most of the workouts. Some queens also love using ankle weights and a booty band for added intensity! But don’t worry, many workouts can still be done with body weight and modified as needed.
