Hello Queen! Kelsey Morrison We want to assure you that every change we make is for the betterment of this amazing community and to enhance your overall experience! Nothing much has changed our one-hour classes are actually a combination of two 30-minute sessions in one, allowing you to choose whether you complete just the first half or go all in for the full hour. This means you still have the freedom to customize your workout based on your schedule and preference! Live classes will always be a core part of the Queen Warriors experience! You can still count on live workouts Monday through Thursday at 7:30 PM ET, and on Fridays at 10 AM ET. Your sense of community and connection remains a priority, and we love having you in class with us! We know how powerful the energy of a live workout is, and that will never change! Hello Queen! Yes! You can link an upcoming live event to your phone’s calendar app. Here’s how:

1️⃣ Open the QW app2️⃣ Go to the calendar section3️⃣ Select the live class you want to add4️⃣ Tap on the “Share” option5️⃣ A list of different applications will appear choose your phone’s calendar app, and it will automatically link the event for you!

Alternative Method:Once you tap “Share”, you’ll also see a “Copy Link” option. You can manually open your Calendar app, create a new event, and paste the link there.

You can also use the “Remind Me” option in the QW app it’s a great way to make sure you never miss a live class!

Hello Queen! Janise Although yesterday’s HIIT class has ended, here’s some helpful info for future reference! For HIIT classes, equipment needs may vary, but typically, Coach Fabi doesn’t use major equipment. However, having a yoga mat and a water bottle on hand is always a good idea! Modifications are also available if you don’t have equipment. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com. Enjoy your workouts!

Regarding access to classes, if you're searching for specific workouts, you can use the search option in the upper right section of the QW app. Just type in the class name or coach. For an even more refined search, the filter option can help you find specific types of workouts.

As for the workout categories, we absolutely want to make sure everything is organized correctly! If you’ve noticed any classes that seem misfiled, please let us know which ones, and we’ll be happy to look into it. Hello Queen! Christal Welcome to the program! we’re so excited to have you here! Dumbbells are often incorporated into workouts to help build strength, but they’re not always required. Many exercises can be modified using body weight, resistance bands, or even household items if needed. The key is to focus on proper form and gradually challenge yourself as you progress.
