Simply scroll through the homepage where you’ll see different programs and collections. You can also click the magnifying glass icon on the top right corner to search for specific workouts based on the coach, workout type, or targeted area!Tip: You can also check out the most recent live workouts by visiting the "Latest Replay" section in your app it's packed with all the newest sessions ready for you to crush! Hello Queen! First off, huge congratulations on completing your workout (especially with your little one climbing all over you! That’s true Queen Warrior energy right there!) As for the streaks, we’re SO excited to share that this is a feature we’re currently working on behind the scenes! It’s not available just yet, but very soon you and all of our Queens will be able to track your streaks right inside your QW app, giving you even more reason to stay motivated and celebrate every single win! And guess what? Streaks aren’t the only thing we’re cooking up! There are even more exciting features coming your way, so definitely stay tuned, Queen! Hello Queen! Great question! If you're looking for workouts without weights, especially under the beginner category, we got you! We highly recommend using your QW app’s search feature. Just tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and type in "beginner." From there, you'll see a full library of beginner-friendly workouts, both with and without equipment. You’ll be able to choose what works best for you and your journey. And of course, if you need any help or have more questions, feel free to send us an email anytime at info@queenwarriors.com
