Hey Queen! Thank you for reaching out. We totally get how rewarding those badges can be! If you're consistently working out but not seeing them, it might be because badges are currently only tracked when workouts are completed through the QW mobile app (iOS/Android) or via the web browser. Workouts done on Smart TVs, Fire Sticks, or similar platforms unfortunately don’t register for badges or streaks just yet. But don’t worry, our team is actively working to expand these features to more platforms in the future. In the meantime, we recommend completing your workouts through the app or browser to make sure everything is tracked properly. Wishing you continued healing and strength and please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@queenwarriors.com if you ever need additional support

Hi Queen! Thank you for your message. That’s a great question! If you’re referring to showing up in connection with maintaining your streak or earning badges, watching from the TV app unfortunately doesn’t currently track toward those features. At the moment, only workouts watched through the QW mobile app (iOS/Android) or web browser are recognized for streak tracking and badge earning. We completely understand the convenience of streaming on your TV and we love that you still hop on your phone to join the conversation! Enhancements for broader tracking capabilities are definitely something to look forward to in the future. If you have any other questions or need support, feel free to reach out to us anytime at info@queenwarriors.com

Hey Queen! Thank you so much for reaching out. The B-Stance Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is such a great unilateral move. But you’re right, it can be a little tricky if the form’s not quite there, especially when it comes to keeping the lower back out of it. If your back was on fire, chances are your glutes (butt muscles) and hamstrings (back of your legs) weren’t picking up as much of the work as they should have. One thing that can really help is to imagine pushing your hips back, like you’re closing a door behind you with your butt. Keep your chest lifted, your back straight, and most of your weight in the front heel. The back foot is just there to help you stay balanced. It definitely takes a little practice to get the right muscles firing, so don’t stress! You’re already ahead of the game by checking in and asking. Keep going queen! You’ve got this! Hey Queen! Thank you for sharing this, we totally understand how it can be confusing at first. Let us help clarify! The badge you’ve received so far is most likely for completing your first class. Amazing job on that, by the way! As you continue your workouts, you’ll earn more badges based on your streak, so consistency is key. To keep track of your progress, we recommend heading over to the Calendar section in your QW app. There, you can view your running streak and ensure your workouts are being tracked correctly.

To help us look further into your account and assist you more directly, please send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com. We’d love to take a closer look! In the meantime, feel free to check out this helpful post that breaks everything down about badges and streaks:🔗 Important Badge & Streak Update

Hey Queen! Great question! When it comes to choosing dumbbell sizes, it really depends on your current fitness level and comfort. but generally speaking: Many beginners start with 5–10 lb dumbbells. If you’ve been training for a while, you might feel comfortable with 12–20 lb or more. Some Queens even like to have a light, medium, and heavy set to switch between based on the workout or muscle group. The key is to listen to your body and choose a weight that challenges you without compromising form. And remember, progress is personal — you're doing amazing just by showing up! If you need more personalized guidance, don’t hesitate to check in with a certified trainer or health professional. For any other questions, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com.
