• Open your QW app

• Tap on “Calendar” at the bottom

• Select today’s date

• You’ll see the scheduled live class there and can tap to join when it starts 👑💪

Hi Queen! Thanks for checking in! Please make sure you’re looking in the “Calendar” section of your QW app, as that’s where the live workout schedule is posted. Sometimes the Daily Schedule graphics on the homepage can be mistaken for the actual class listings. To view today’s workouts:

• Open your QW App

• Tap “Calendar” at the bottom

• Select today’s date (Thursday)

• You should then see the scheduled class details there

Hi Queen! We’re sorry you’re having trouble with the replays lately, and we definitely understand how frustrating that can be. Are you getting any specific error message when trying to play the replay, or does it just not load? That would help us narrow it down better.

The easiest way to access workouts (including recent ones) is through the Latest Replay section:

• Open your QW App

• On the homepage, scroll down a bit

• Tap on “Latest Replay”

• From there, you can pick any workout and start anytime

That’s the best place to begin while you’re getting familiar with everything. You can also jump into the energy of the community by joining Coach Fabi live tonight at 7:30 PM 👑🔥
