Hello Queen, great question! If you don’t have access to a leg curl machine, no worries there are plenty of great alternatives you can do at home:

✨ Stability Ball Hamstring Curls – heels on a ball, lift hips, and roll it in and out.

✨ Glute Bridges / Hip Lifts – simple but super effective for hamstrings and glutes.

✨ Banded Hamstring Curls – loop a resistance band around your ankle and curl back to mimic the machine.

The goal is to keep working those hamstrings with a curling motion, so pick whichever option works best for your setup. Always listen to your body, Queen.
