Hello Queen! Determining your recommended daily protein intake typically depends on factors such as your weight, activity level, and fitness goals. A common guideline is to consume 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight for general health. For those engaging in regular exercise or strength training, 1.2 to 2 grams per kilogram of body weight is often recommended to support muscle maintenance and recovery.

We recommend consulting with a nutrition expert for a more personalized assessment based on your specific goals.

Hello Queen!  Welcome to the community!  It sounds like you’re ready to dive into your journey. Regarding your concern about the 28-Day Booty Program, we’ll need to check the details of your account and subscription to confirm everything for you. Please send an email to info@queenwarriors.com with the email address you used to register. Once we receive that, we’ll look into it and make sure you have the correct access.

Hi Queen! If you’re craving something sweet, try options like fresh fruit, Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey or cinnamon, or a square of dark chocolate (70% or higher). Protein-packed treats like a smoothie, protein bar, or pudding can also satisfy your cravings while keeping you on track. Simple combos like a rice cake with nut butter and a sprinkle of cocoa powder work great too. Choose something that feels indulgent but supports your goals!

Hello Queen! You can still track your calories burned without a Fitbit or watch. We recommend using an app like MyFitnessPal for manual tracking. Simply search for an activity that closely matches the intensity of your live workout, input the duration, and the app will provide an estimated calorie burn. It’s an effective and convenient way to monitor your progress!

Hello Queen! These videos can be done either before or after your workout, it’s entirely your preference. Stretching, however, is essential in both instances. Before your workout, it helps to warm up your muscles and prepare your body for optimal performance. After your workout, stretching aids in recovery and helps reduce muscle soreness. Whichever option you choose, it will greatly benefit your fitness journey!

Hi Queen! Great question, replays are always accessible unless any changes are made or they’re removed for any reason. You can find all replays in the "Latest Replay" category, both in the QW app and on the website.Â
