The previous daily live-class schedule is no longer the current format, as we've moved toward a more focused and streamlined experience designed to help our Queens stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. 👑

You'll also see the upcoming workout schedule updated directly in your QW app under the Calendar section, so you'll always know what's coming next. New schedules and content will continue to be added as we move forward, so keep an eye on the app for updates!
