Hi Queen We totally hear you and good news: the 30-minute HIIT, Power, and Booty Blaster classes are officially back. Starting this month, we’ve brought in more 30-minute formats while still keeping some 1-hour sessions available so every Queen can choose what fits her schedule best. Be sure to check the Latest Replay section in your app, most of the recent workouts are now 30 minutes and led by our amazing coaches Aimee, Chasity, Jamila, and Fabi. Hi Queen Great question! Yes, Coach Alexis’ Nutrition Coaching sessions are available for replay on demand. Just to clarify: anyone can join the Nutrition class live while it’s happening every Thursday at 7PM ET, but the replays are only available to Queens who are subscribed to the Nutrition Coaching membership separately for continued access afterward. After checking your account, it looks like you’re currently not subscribed to the Nutrition Coaching classes. If you’d like help upgrading or accessing the replays, please feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

Hi Queen So happy to hear you’re getting back into it!👑✨ The LYC Challenge workouts were offered as part of a limited-time challenge experience, so once the challenge period ends, those specific program replays are no longer available inside the app. That said, you still have access to many amazing workouts in the QW library that follow a very similar style and structure, and we’d be happy to help guide you to the best options for where you are now.If you need help finding the right workouts or have any account-related questions, please feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

Great question, Queen. No, it doesn’t matter at all. Whether you choose 30-minute or 1-hour workouts, both work perfectly with the 3-workout method. The most important thing is showing up consistently and choosing what fits best into your schedule and season of life. Some days a 30-minute session is exactly what you need, and other days you may have the time and energy for a full hour both count and both deliver results

Hi Queen! Great question and thank you for checking in. Pilates with Coach Sherell was part of a previous season of Queen Warriors, and those replays reflect that chapter of our programming. As the platform continues to grow, we’re intentionally refreshing and rotating class styles to keep the experience dynamic, aligned with coach availability, and rooted in what best supports the community as a whole. While Pilates isn’t currently on the live schedule, we’re excited about the variety of strength, mobility, recovery, and flow-based classes being offered now, led by an incredible lineup of coaches. We’re also always exploring ways to bring in similar styles and fresh formats as the schedule evolves. We encourage you to keep checking the Calendar and Replay sections in the app, as new classes and formats are continuously added. At this time, that specific class format isn’t part of our current live schedule, but we’re always evolving the platform and rotating class styles based on what the Queens are asking for.
