Hello Queen! Yes, progressive overload is key for fat loss and strength! It doesn’t always mean increasing weights. You can also add reps, slow down the tempo, shorten rest time, or improve your form. The goal is to gradually challenge your muscles so your body keeps adapting. Strength training boosts your metabolism, helping you burn more calories even at rest. Stay consistent, and you’ll keep seeing results!

Hey Queen! Great question! We totally understand the curiosity! With the new QW3 Method, we’ve simply simplified things to help all of our queens stay consistent and crush their goals with just 3 workouts a week or more! 

Now, as for the hour-long sessions, nothing major has changed! The new 1-hour classes are actually split into two 30-minute workouts. Each session is designed to target different muscle groups, typically upper and lower body, so you still get the flexibility and intensity you're used to, just with a little more structure!

And don’t forget! Your QW app has a huge library of 30-minute workouts too! Just tap the magnifying glass icon at the top right, select your preferred coach, equipment, or target area, and skip the Category filter. You’ll find tons of workouts that match your vibe. To access Week 1 of your program, here’s what you’ll need to do:

📲 Open your QW app and scroll down until you see the Fab 10-Minute Program section.

💥 Make sure to tap on "Premium - Fab 10-Minute Booty Blast" — but not the introduction video!

Once you tap on that, it will take you to the entire collection, where you’ll find Week 1 and all the other weeks neatly organized for you! If you need any help along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

You’ll be happy to know that pretty much most of our coaches’ workouts are available in your QW app! If you’d like to explore the full library of workouts from a specific coach, here’s how to do it:

🔍 Tap the magnifying glass in the upper right corner,

👩🏽‍🏫 Under Author, select your favorite coach,

🚫 Skip the Category section,

✅ Then hit Search — and You’ll see all the workouts they’ve done!

Since you're looking for beginner-friendly workouts, we’ve got you covered!  On your QW app, head to the upper right corner and tap the magnifying glass icon, then type "Beginner" — a full library of beginner workouts will pop up just for you! So many great options to explore at your own pace.

Thank you so much for your patience! To answer your question, the 7:30 p.m. EST time was selected to help keep everything consistent and aligned across the board. We know all our Queens have different schedules and commitments, but this time was chosen because it tends to be the most convenient for the majority of our community, giving everyone a chance to finish their day and show up strong for themselves!  We totally understand that availability varies, which is why we always have replays ready for you to catch the workouts whenever it works best for you!  If you ever have more questions or need anything, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Great question, Queen! You’ll find low-impact modifications built right into the workouts themselves. When a coach is demonstrating a high-impact move, they usually offer a low-impact version at the same time. No need for a separate video or split screen. Just follow along and choose the version that works best for your body and your journey. Hello Queen! To help you track your workouts:

When you open and play a workout, you should see a "Mark as Watched" option, just tap on that, and it’ll be recorded so you know you’ve already done it 

Also, any workout you watch and complete should automatically show up in your “Continue Watching” section, which is the first thing you’ll see when you open your QW app! Super helpful to stay organized as you grow through your journey
