Girrrrrrllluh. Mondays replay took me out. !!!! I used 15 lbs πŸ’ͺ🏽 working my way up to my 25s one day.

Round two of the strength portion πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« no lie I struggled. Even after dropping the weight.

The deadlift to squat swing. I couldn’t get the motion or maybe I was just done after all the previous work put in.

Either way. Can’t wait to wear my new bikini this week after this pump 😜
