I work out a lot of times after I’ve just finished a 12hr night shift in the ER. Trust I want to come home and just dive in the bed so bad but I rev myself up on the drive home with a favorite podcasts or an upbeat playlist, come home and put on my workout clothes immediately and get to work before I have time to talk myself out of it😄

I drink mushroom coffee mixed with a vanilla protein shake for my "creamer". Still gives me the creaminess without the sugar and of course the added protein is always good 😊

Oh Lord! Well I wish you speedy recovery. Taping and elevation is definitely a good idea to help relieve pressure. Soak in Epsom salt when you're able to sit and of course take some antiinflammatories If you're able and have no medication restrictions. Stay safe Queen

I don't know what's going on. Nothing is playing. I've tried to play the live. I've tried to do one of the lyc challenges and I've even tried to do one of the replays and nothing is working

I believe so. I tried to access the live with Raven this morning. Couldn't get through that so I decided to do a lyc challenge and I can't even access that either. Throwing off my routine for the day
