You can lose weight on both keto and vegan diets, but you have to be sure they are sustainable long term. I would not recommend doing them as a temporary diet because you run the risk of gaining the weight back when you stop. I have videos on both of those diets if you look back in the nutrition catalog if you want more info.

They are. Just watch the sugars both artificial and natural. Some artificial sugars cause digestive issues so that is something to keep in mind, but overall they are decent for gut health and better than soda

Rome wasnt built in a day, so be kind to yourself. Maybe instead of trying to climb the mountain of cutting soda all together...reduce your intake 1 cup at a time. If you drink 1 liter a day which is about 33 oz...commit to only drinking 25oz of soda a day...once you are able to do that consistently...cut it down to 17oz a day...and so on until you reach your goal. Congrats on just starting...1 day at a time Queen.

Hi Queens! I will be discussing this topic next week in my coaching session...but to quickly summarize...protein is super important and should be eaten at every meal...it's helpful for your milk supply along with whole grains..specifically oatmeal. Most moms who are breastfeeding need around 1800 kcal daily to maintain supply..especially If your baby is under 6 months so consistent well rounded meals is very important. When cutting calories..you should only cut about 200-300 calories max while maintaining sufficient caloric intake to support your milk supply...Whole foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies, and whole grains)are your friend and of course PLENTY of water. Healthy weight loss while BF is about 1lb per week...so the process is slow...but it can be done.
