Love this! Something I try to do when I’m in my decluttering phases is: I tell myself “I am going to throw away (or recycle or donate) 5 (or 10) items each day this week.” And I literally count them and keep track as I go through things and toss them. Then by end of week I’ve gotten rid of a lot!

Looks delicious!!! Your food pics always look so good! Lots of water if sodium makes you feel puffy, flush it out…. But don’t stress too much over 230mg that’s not a lot at all! Is that nutrition image for 2 eggs?
