Hi Atanis-

For me, when using MyFitnesspal I prefer to use the custom settings, you put in your total daily calorie goal and then you can adjust the macro percentages for carbs, protein and fat to fit your individual goals. So you can tweak these numbers to match what Alexis was telling you.
