Hi! You’ll want to focus on getting in healthy calories with an emphasis on protein. For workouts, stick to power, Pilates, barre - they have more of an emphasis on strength training and not as much on calorie burn. You want to be adding extra calories and protein to build muscle so the weight you gain will be more muscle then fat. Hope that helps!
