Thank you! Yes if there's not one thing we can remember from this challenge,.staying hydrated is a must! If your not a fan of water I recommend adding fruit, and make yourself an infused water, I did this for a whole summer at work and people loved it. One lady who hates water tasted my Watermelon+Rosemary and loved it and now she drinks water. I used to make detox water too. Like some people don't relate that herbs and fruit in your water is Soooooo beneficial.

Ok the food guide was also sent in an email when becoming a member. I recently became a member as well, we received the same food guide again with challenge.

You should have gotten an email from Fabi right after completing the registration for the challenge. At the end of the email she included a few links which one was the food guide. If your Team Yvona I can email you the PDF. Your looking for the recipes correct, or the PDF with the foods to eat/not eat etc?
