Thank you! Yes if there's not one thing we can remember from this challenge,.staying hydrated is a must! If your not a fan of water I recommend adding fruit, and make yourself an infused water, I did this for a whole summer at work and people loved it. One lady who hates water tasted my Watermelon+Rosemary and loved it and now she drinks water. I used to make detox water too. Like some people don't relate that herbs and fruit in your water is Soooooo beneficial.

Ok I'm going to start being intentional bout posting my progress. Sooo I spent $75 last night on groceries to prep my picked meals for the week.
Today's menu:
Breakfast - Avocado egg cups with bacon(I forgot to snap the pic πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ)
Lunch - Cuban style pork chops with Avocado salsa (tasted exactly like guacamole) perfect combo (good fat with protein)
Unfortunately, I skipped dinner because it's too late to eat so I ate a 🍌 with organic PBπŸ₯œ drizzled.

I love water so drinking a gallon has been no issue, but I found that I barely make it 3 cups when I drink ice cold water. Regular water from our filtered water fountain at work in my $5 jug from Dollar general has been working great. Last Saturday I drank 75oz for the day and today I managed to drink 88oz (not forced) that was just all I drank today at work and throughout my workouts. I had to get hydrated before going to my first workout of the day, which is my weekly Free Fitness Bootcamp and then got home to finish my W2D1 #LYC Summer 2024 VS #TeamYvona

Hydrate Queens its very important to not workout out being dehydrated πŸ’¦ Love the encouragement and picture of you guys progress, its inspiring and motivational the love that's shown to one another is so awesome..... Y'all see my stats for the day!?!? 11,153 over my burned 679 Calories I'm super proud of myself.

Ok the food guide was also sent in an email when becoming a member. I recently became a member as well, we received the same food guide again with challenge.
