Covid Is my worst enemy. I got it last year when I came back from Costa Rica, and now I got it again after my trip from St. Lucia! Ugh!!!!!! I don’t understand why I keep getting it! So annoying. Month of August has not been my month! All I want is to workout and get back to my daily routine!!!!! 🙄 Has anyone experience this, Covid back to back, and what yall did for it?

On todays workout, coach Raven mentioned something about “The best is yet to come” .When I was in college my one professor always had a fork pin on his suit jacket, and I asked him what was the meaning of that fork, and he told me this story, story of this woman. And couple of years ago, I got the fork tatted. Because God is still working on me, and the Best is yet too come! 🍴

Just finish Raven workout! It felt good to be back to the norms, but I was dying every second! I woke up with a sore throat and some coughing!!! Ugh, if it ain’t one thing is another 😩#Life

I’m finally back from vacation. First day home,right off the plane, ER visit. During my vacation my left elbow was hurting me bad, and the area of my elbow was swollen. Once I landed I went to the ER, and I was told I had tennis elbow! 🙄 ugh! But that’s not stopping me from working out, tmrw I be back with Raven lower body workout!! Missed you queens!!! 💪🏼

I set my alarm for 5:40am
Since the gym at the resort open up at 6am. But unfortunately my bf shut my alarm off and I did not hear the phone go off, but that did not stopped me. I just did Fab Replay from 8/5/24 in the room. No equipment needed, just used a towel. My boyfriend was still in bed, this man talking about Yassss girl, get it! 😂😂😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Did both of Chasity workouts this morning, then I went and did my running, jogg and walking. Gonna take a break tmrw since I be traveling out the states, and I’ll be back to my routine on Friday while on vacation. The grind don’t stop for me, fitness is part of my life, it helps with my anxiety, depression & confidence. I may not be where I want to be, but I’m definitely getting right too it. 🫡💪🏼 Have a good day, ladies! 🫶🏻

Told myself after work, I was gonna take this day to rest. Man, I took a cat nap, woke up and did a replay of Fabi (7/31/24) Full-Hour HIIT! I am definitely dead!!! She had me out here feeling like I belong in the Happy Feet movie! 😫 I felt like throwing up like 3x 😂😂💦

I thought I was gonna workout yesterday after the day I had, yeah my body was like “lady you thought”!!! But today, right after work I came home and did Chasity Full hour of Booty blaster, and Fabi, Fab-Abs. The devil was trying to come in between my workouts but my Lord is way to powerful for his nonsense. 💪🏼🫡

Been up for 28 hours, I’m beat. I need my bed, I can’t wait to get home 🙄I’m gonna forced myself to workout 💪🏼

Woke up doing Chasity workouts to doing my walk right after,(finish short cause of the rain)then right into work at 2:30pm, made it home at 10pm and got right into doing Fabiana 1 hour workout. I am so beat!!!! But since the beginning of the LYS challenge I haven’t stopped, I been pushing myself. Fitness is therapy for me. 💪🏼🫶🏻🧘🏻‍♀️
