I did had an issue this morning trying to get into Chasity workout, I had to log out and log back in, it took me literally 5mins.

I have a rotating shift, so every two weeks I am either night or day! So right now I am on night work, so what I do, I wake up at 8am, and do either a live workout that starts at 9am or I pick from a replay. Then I go outside to get my 10k steps in, I donโ€™t have to be at work till 2:30pm. Usually I am done by 12 and thatโ€™s when I eat my first meal. Then when I am day work, I get off at 2:30pm so I go right into my workouts and then I do an evening walk, to get my steps in. Write down what you do for 24hours, see how much time you have left in ur day, and go from there. I did that, and thatโ€™s how I was able to incorporate fitness into my life.

Yeah I have not received mines either, I emailed them and I was told it was shipped on July 13, the tracking number does not work.

I normally go to The tab Fitness level and pick what I want to do(beginner, intermediate or advanced) and pick videos that way. Or wait till the live video of the day go up and replay it!

Hi A Herrera I been keeping up with everything. I went down 2 more pounds. I am finally stepping out of the 70โ€™s. Iโ€™m looking more slimmer. I am still doing the Intermediate fasting, it has helped me. Since I have a crazy work scheduled. Hope your feeling better!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
