Ariseleny Pena I'm with you Queen!! I can't do lunges to save my life...I think there's a little fear for me to lose balance. With 2 hip replacements it's more of a challenge.. definitely gonna try the chair. Queen we got this!!

Thank you Coach Alexis .. fortunately I don't eat red meat for the past 17 years and rarely eat processed foods. And I've never suffered this before but I do get alot of lower back pain. I'm going to see a spine specialist next month.
