Danika Soleta I can relate. I cut out rice and pasta. If I do have pasta it’s whole grain (doesn’t taste the same 😩). I’m a big snacker though. Been trying to make healthier snacks. Just joined a month and a half ago. And I already see difference. Trying to get rid of this belly so we’ll see after the summer challenge!
