I was not feeling like working out tonight. Picked the kids up from school and decided to push myself. Bettering myself, my body, and my mental for my kids was all the push I need! 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Great workout. Love the message at the end. Honestly I’m okay with having less live classes. My BP is down, I lost weight while trying to be consistent. I catch the replays and get the work done. Thanks Raven!!! 🫶🏾
