Keep going Queen! Dont limit yourself and give yourself grace. I turned 40 in October and I completely understand what your going thru. Our body don’t function like it use to 😫. I too had to change my diet. Fast food isn’t appealing to me anymore and now I prefer cooked food even if I’m going to a restaurant.

Good thing is your at the right platform! Good luck with everything Queen!
