Danika Soleta I can relate. I cut out rice and pasta. If I do have pasta it’s whole grain (doesn’t taste the same 😩). I’m a big snacker though. Been trying to make healthier snacks. Just joined a month and a half ago. And I already see difference. Trying to get rid of this belly so we’ll see after the summer challenge!

This is great!!!! What foods did u cut out of your diet? I’m giving up a lot of rice and pasta.

It was hard for me in the beginning to be consistent. I think the hardest part is actually getting up to do it but once your doing it, it feels great. The replays are there to accommodate your schedule as well as other videos. The coaches modify some workouts to what you can do. And like she said “show up for yourself”.

Go to the start here icon at the top. You can browse some of the replays to which workouts you want to do depending on what you subscribed to. They also have live workouts in the “calendar” icon at the bottom right (I think). The calendar tells you which live workouts there are on any specific day and the time.

Happy Belated Birthday! Listen sometimes I curse those some workouts lol. But I feel great at the end. This program has changed the way I eat, the way I feel about myself. It’s a journey. A tough one. But a good one nonetheless. Welcome!!
