I completely understand. My advice….start out by doing every other day. That was easier for me in the beginning. The body/muscle needs rest. Your muscles needs to recover. Look for beginner workout replays/lives. Eventually it will get easier then you can up the weights or start intermediate workouts. I have a stomach/gut problem too. Coach Yvona and other coach’s taught me that you can do all the Core workouts as much as you want but if your diet doesn’t change then you’ll be doing it for nothing. I sub seltzer water for soda. Been doing so for years now. And if I get cravings, I’ll have a fruit, or some nuts. There are other low calorie snacks you can have like bars. Oh and don’t eat after 6 or 7pm. Another trainer once said “why put gas in the tank if your not driving”. Our body uses food for energy. So why eat if your not going to be moving around much. I usually get a sweets craving after that time so I make some tea. I love love food but I had to retrain my mind to choose healthier options. You’ll get the hang of it. Give yourself a cheat day. I realize when I do eat the unhealthy stuff on cheat days my body does not agree with it which will make it easier for you to eat the right stuff. Do your best. Give it your all. Don’t quit. You should be proud of yourself for starting the workouts. Give yourself some grace. If you need to pause during a workout, do so. Don’t give up!!! You got this Queen!!!
