Hey Wendy!!! I’ve been down myself!!!! And none of my friends are on QW. (I’m tryna to get them into fitness like I am). I’m alone out here during the day with my thoughts and sometimes I start drowning my self with my thoughts. So toxic. We can always connect and be accountability partners! It’s nice to know someone feels the way I do sometimes.

Barre is challenging because my upper body strength is a little weak plus being sore from past exercises but I keep coming back lol. It really sculpts my body! Thanks Yvona!!
