How much of a deficit? Sounds like you might have to redo the math between how much of a deficit are u on. Do you over do the carbs when you do have it? How much are you burning a day? Are you counting everything your eating?

I’ve never given up but there were times I got sick and couldn’t workout. Which eventually leads to being too lazy to do it when I do get better. But it does take a lot to get past the laziness. As soon as I do I get straight to it. 💗
