Despite the technical difficulties this was what I needed to end my week. Always here for your girl talks too. I just turned 40 and all I want to do is relax, get a bite to eat, and drink some matcha too lol. Happy Birthday Coach Sherrell!Wishing you peace and tranquility! Thanks again!!!

Small goals lol. Completing a whole week of workouts. I usually do it during a LYC challenge but I wanted to see if I could commit to it. On day 4 so far. Also trying not to over-eat. Making a shake or drinking tea a little more.
