hey hey everyone been a while, currently 3 months pregnant and the 1st trimester kicked my ass but am coming back slowly excited to see them gains. Curious what workouts should I not due during pregnancy or are all ok still? if anyone can help that be great.

My 11year old son saw me working out and asked can boys do it to...lol and I told him working out is working out and he did day 2 abs work out...10 minutes later am gonna feel this tomorrow

Hey Beauties today I feel pain today I felt like giving up. I woke up my body aching that how you know it's working. I didn't stick to my routine and when I was able to say nope not working out today. I pushed through that pain and did it. I feel my body growing and glowing (Fabiana voice) on day 3 of week 4 and never though I would be here happy, proud and emaotional all at once. Thank you God and the amazing support in this community God bless ya all.

FRIDAY-Sunday is my rest day from working out. I spend time with my family and rest my body for my Monday-Thursday work outs. Can't believe week 4 is literally around the corner am proud of me, so greatful for this program and investing in me. There times when am working out that I wanna give up, but these simple works keep me going (God got me) the pain is temporary.What is everyone workouts schedule hope that what evwr schedule your in its the best one for you keep pushing. Hey Queens am proud of me never been consistent when it came to working out. I've been going consistent for 2 week and am on week 3. Ive been doing my 10min abs and 10min booty. Every day for 2 weeks now week 3 am pushing myself doing by 10min abs and 10min booty in the AM and jumping on one live a day to push myself. I am a full time mom with two kids who have special needs, currently work full time and am in graduate school doing a free internship while taking classes. GOD IS GOOD. This program allowing to choose me first and see all the strength I have excited for more and to see the results LETS GO QUEENS.

Day 4 done and done so grateful god is good, feeling good about this journey and my consistency I will not give up on myself. I will push forward. I get up every morning now at 6:45am start working out at 7am do the abs 10 min and butt 10min and listen to the motivational affirmation great start to my day.

Hey Queens OMG I've been doing QQ for 2 days only and I feel it in my body. Never felt like this before with any workout. Excited for day 3 tomorrow. Hope ya all doing great
