Good morning, I don’t think there’s a tracker on here. I just stick to two lower body days, two upper body days and a HIIT day. I also just right out a plan for the week and keep track that way in a little notebook. There maybe an app to keep track… I don’t know. lol. Hope that helps.

They usually say whichever you are comfortable with, I switch between 10lbs and 15lbs dumbbells. It should feel like your working but you should still be able to keep your form while workout out. They shouldn’t be to heavy. Cydney Anderson
