Good morning, I don’t think there’s a tracker on here. I just stick to two lower body days, two upper body days and a HIIT day. I also just right out a plan for the week and keep track that way in a little notebook. There maybe an app to keep track… I don’t know. lol. Hope that helps.
Here’s to another Day 1! Again! I’ve missed this community so much. I missed Raven! Feels good to be back. My body feels amazing. I’m definitely a hit the ground running and hitting the curb on Monday girlie as well Raven! LOL 😆
