Good afternoon queens!! I’ve been quiet on here for a bit. I was still putting in the work until hurricane Hellen hit us in the upper Carolinas. We were without power and internet for the past week. I’m happy to say that my family and I are safe and well. I’m finally back to getting this work back in.

Today was my first time doing one of Aimee’s workouts. She is no joke. She was out for all my blood and sweat. I loved it tho 🥰

Happy hump day ladies!!!! I just finished W3D3 with team Raven followed by core hiit replay. My husband has noticed all the changes that this community has done for my overall wellness. I’m so proud of myself for moving my body and having fun. Even my youngest is working out with me from time to time. I hope you all have a fantastic day.
