Good afternoon queens!! I’ve been quiet on here for a bit. I was still putting in the work until hurricane Hellen hit us in the upper Carolinas. We were without power and internet for the past week. I’m happy to say that my family and I are safe and well. I’m finally back to getting this work back in.

Today was my first time doing one of Aimee’s workouts. She is no joke. She was out for all my blood and sweat. I loved it tho 🥰
