I FEEL YOU..I got influenza and I could not work out for 5 weeks...I am barely trying to go back to the drill..

Aaliyah if its too hard for you to switch to seltzer water..try switching to diet soda ( they have so many flavors...its not the best solution, but at least you will be cutting tons of calories from your diet )..

Aaliyah you should try bubly(its club soda) it comes on different flavors, that may help transitioning from soda to water

Hey Queen I feel you...don't let your inner judge kill your spirit...focus on one single thing per week...and add a new fitness goal every week..i used to drink coffee non stop, soda, chips and pastries..so week 1 switched coffee for tea...on week 2 I took the pastries out...and so on...so small steps add up in the end. I started counting proteins until my 4th month..I have struggle with my weight AALLL my life...QW program works...It takes time and patience, the process can be a little lonely...if you need extra support you can find me on insta @dieparadiesvogel...(i dont post pics, but i do reply to dm)...

Resistant bands and light dumbells..I have been doing my QW for 6 months,I use milk gallons, and a very large container of pine cleaner as weights...I started of with small water bottles, and half gallons..don't wait to start this journey.!!you won't regret it at all🫶🏽

same case over here..don't get caught on the scale spiral..I try to focus on clothes fitting better and get eexcited about how strong I am getting..
