Hi Allison,

I started like this, I did 3 beginner classes for 2 weeks, I love Jamila she offers tons of modifications. Then try the Fit and Thick program..it lasts like a month you are gonna build strength and endurance..

Hi Vero, I did a week of beginners workout before starting this program. I am half my way of week 3. I hope it helps :)
