Question: what vitamins do you recommend I incorporate to my health. I’ve never been a vitamin person so I have heard that it’s Great to add once starting workouts etc. Open to learn.
Also does anyone remember the calorie intake math method that Fabiana has discussed in the past. Something along the lines… based on your current weight and multiply/divide by a #. I’m currently 140lbs and I’m 5’2.
